We have reached a size now where we need to re think how we manage our finances.

While we will keep a single Treasurer on the committee, we are creating Finance Managers for each competition (Seniors, Junior Rep and Junior Domestic).

This gives each competition a bit more autonomy and management of their income and expenses, invoicing and banking. We are mostly automated so it should be easy to get your head around and not too time consuming.
